FFF: Arms!

It's time to mix it up people!  The exercises have started to get easier so we are going to mix things up just a little bit.  I am going to drop the 5th exercise from the routine.  I wasn't really feeling it.  I sorta felt like maybe I was doing it wrong, so let's get it out of here.  I am going to add in dumbbell curls and triceps dips using a chair.  2 sets of 10 for both exercises.  Also, going to increase the weight from 5 pound dumbbells to 8 pound ones.
