You know your back muscles are part of your core too, right? Hmm, haven't been working those as much as you should? Try the Superman exercise.
1. Lie face down on a mat, arms and legs extended
2. Keeping arms and legs straight, lift them both toward the ceiling, so your body forms a long "u" shape -- your back will arch up and your legs and arms should be several inches off the floor.
